Injector Nozzles for VW TDI. Most North American TDI's came with .184mm injector nozzles. The North American 1.9 liter TDI's were rated at 90hp. Some European TDI's were rated at 110hp from the factory. The main difference between these engines and the 90hp engines is the .205mm nozzles used. You can upgrade your 90hp TDI to almost 110hp by simply upgrading the nozzles! I highly recommend the .205mm nozzles for more power. The .216 nozzles will give even more power, but you have to be ready to make some changes in your ECU to control those injectors. I also have a larger injector pump head (rotor) available to help increase fuel flow, but the .205 nozzles have been used very successfully with the stock injection pump. Sold as a set of 4. This nozzle size is used on the 110 HP European TDI engine. They will give close to 110 HP. Third are the .216 Nozzles. These nozzles will give greater than 110HP. If your hobby isn't toying with your car, don't get these.
